My Samsung T959 Galaxy S Vibrant are somewhat muted. How to fix this?
1. Please make sure you are not covering the microphone of Samsung T959 Galaxy S Vibrant when you speak.
2. If you are using a headset ensure that it is properly connected.
3. Check to make sure your mute function is switched off during the call.
4. Ensure that there is no obstruction between your mouth and microphone and no blockage covering the microphone.
It is possible that if the unit is physically damaged this could mean the microphone is not working properly. If this is the case a repair may be necessary, but this may not be covered by the warranty.
